3. What can I do if my order is damaged, or I receive the wrong work?


We want you to receive your work in a pristine condition. If your work is damaged or incorrect, please email, including photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect work, as well as the packaging it arrived in.



4. How much is shipping?


We offer global shipping with tracking & insurance, at a fixed shipping rate, for all works priced below £1,000.00. The shipping costs vary between UK, Europe and Rest of World destinations, and are shown at checkout. However, if you live in a remote area, a surcharge of £17.50 may be applied to your order.


Works priced above £1,000.00 require us to obtain a custom shipping estimate for each customer, based on their location. Please email us at to receive your shipping estimate for these works. 



5. I see you do not ship to my country. What can I do?


We currently ship to 42 countries. If you live outside of these countries, and would like to order a work, please email us at and we can offer you custom shipping options.



6. Can I commission an original art work? 


Yes, you can. In order to commission an original work, please email us at, informing us of the artist you wish to work with. 



7. Can I use the photographs on your website?


Unfortunately, at this point in time, you cannot use our photography without our written consent.
